What is the correct way to deal with a burnt compressor?

1. If the compressor has been burned or mechanically failed or worn, the refrigerant system will inevitably be polluted. The situation is as follows:
1. The residual refrigeration oil has been carbonized, acidic, and dirty in the pipe.
2. After the compressor is removed, the original system pipe will corrode with the air, causing condensation, increasing the residual water, and corroding with the copper pipe and parts on the pipe to form a dirty film, affecting the operating function after the next replacement of the compressor.
3. The worn copper, steel, and alloy dirt powder must have partially flowed into the pipeline and blocked some of the fine tube channels.
4. The original dryer has quickly absorbed a large amount of water.

2. The results of replacing the compressor without treating the system are as follows:
1. It is impossible to completely evacuate the system, and the vacuum pump is also easily damaged.
2. After adding the new refrigerant, the refrigerant only plays the role of cleaning the system parts, and the pollution of the whole system still exists.
3. The new compressor and refrigeration oil, the refrigerant will be contaminated within 0.5-1 hours, and the second pollution will start as follows:
3-1 After the refrigeration oil is impure, it will begin to destroy the original lubrication properties.
3-2 Metallic contaminant powder enters the compressor and may penetrate the insulation film of the motor and short-circuit, and then burn.
3-3 Metallic contaminant powder sinks into the oil, causing increased friction between the shaft and the sleeve or other running parts, and the machine will be stuck.
3-4 After the refrigerant, oil and the original contaminants and acidic substances are mixed, more acidic substances and water will be generated.
3-5 The copper plating phenomenon begins, the mechanical gap is reduced, and the friction is increased and stuck.
4. If the original dryer is not replaced, the original moisture and acidic substances will be released.
5. Acidic substances will slowly corrode the surface insulation film of the motor enameled wire.
6. The cooling effect of the refrigerant itself is reduced.

3. How to deal with a host refrigerant system with a burnt or faulty compressor is a more serious and technically demanding issue than producing a new host. However, it is often completely ignored by most technical personnel, who even think that if it is broken, they can just replace it with a new one! This leads to disputes over the poor quality of the compressor or improper use by others.
1. If the compressor is damaged, it must be replaced, and it is urgent. However, before taking action to prepare materials and tools, the following points must be done:
1-1 Whether the contactor, overloader, or computer, and temperature control in the control box have quality problems, they must be checked one by one to confirm that there are no problems.
1-2 Whether various set values have changed, analyze whether the compressor burns due to the change of set values or incorrect adjustment.
1-3 Check the abnormal conditions on the refrigerant pipeline and correct them.
1-4 Determine whether the compressor is burned or stuck, or half-burned:
1-4-1 Use an ohmmeter to measure the insulation and a multimeter to measure the coil resistance.
1-4-2 Talk to the relevant personnel of the user to understand the cause and effect of the situation as a reference for judgment.
1-5 Try to leak the refrigerant from the liquid pipe, observe the refrigerant discharge residue, smell it, and observe its color. (After burning, it is smelly and sour, sometimes pungent and spicy)
1-6 After removing the compressor, pour out a little refrigerant oil and observe its color to judge the situation. Before leaving the main unit, wrap the high and low pressure pipes with tape or close the valve.
