1. If V (volume of cold storage) < 30m³, for cold storage with frequent door openings, such as fresh meat storage, the multiplication factor A=1.2;
2. If 30m³≤V<100m³, cold storage with frequent door openings, such as fresh meat storage, the multiplication factor A=1.1;
3. If V≥100m³, for cold storage with frequent door openings, such as fresh meat storage, the multiplication factor A=1.0;
4. If it is a single cold storage, the multiplication factor B=1.1, and the selection of the final cold storage cooling fan is W=A*B*W0 (W is the cooling fan load);
5. The matching of refrigeration unit and air cooler in cold storage is calculated according to the evaporation temperature of -10ºC.
2. The air cooler for the cold storage of the freezer:
The load per cubic meter is calculated according to W0=70W/m³.
1. If V (volume of cold storage) < 30m³, for cold storage with frequent door openings, such as fresh meat storage, the multiplication factor A=1.2;
2. If 30m³≤V<100m³, cold storage with frequent door openings, such as fresh meat storage, the multiplication factor A=1.1;
3. If V≥100m³, for cold storage with frequent door openings, such as fresh meat storage, the multiplication factor A=1.0;
4. If it is a single freezer, the multiplication factor B=1.1, and the selection of the final cold storage fan is W=A*B*W0 (W is the load of the cooler)
5. When the cold storage and the low-temperature cabinet share the refrigeration unit, the matching of the unit and the cooling fan is calculated based on the evaporation temperature of -35ºC. When the cold storage is separated from the low-temperature cabinet, the matching of the cold storage refrigeration unit and the cooling fan is calculated based on the evaporation temperature of -30ºC.
3. The matching air cooler in the cold storage installation room:
The load per cubic meter is calculated as W0=110W/m³.
1. If V (volume of processing room) < 50m³, the multiplication factor A=1.1;
2. If V≥50m³, then the multiplication factor A=1.0. The final cold storage air cooler is selected according to W=A*W0 (W is the air cooler load);
3. When the processing room and the medium temperature cabinet share the refrigeration unit, the matching of the unit and the cooling fan is calculated based on the evaporation temperature of -10ºC.
