1. The outdoor calculation temperature used for the calculation of the incoming heat of the cold room enclosure should be the daily average temperature of air conditioning in summer.
2. To calculate the relative humidity of outdoor air when calculating the minimum total thermal insulation coefficient of the cold room enclosure, the average relative humidity of the hottest month should be used.
The outdoor temperature calculated by the door opening heat and the cooling room ventilation heat should be calculated using the summer ventilation temperature, and the outdoor relative humidity should be calculated using the summer ventilation outdoor relative humidity.
The wet bulb temperature calculated by the evaporative condenser should be the outdoor temperature in summer, and the average annual wet bulb temperature is not guaranteed for 50 hours.
The purchase temperature of fresh eggs, fruits, vegetables and their packaging materials, as well as the initial temperature for calculating the respiration heat when fruits and vegetables are cooled, are calculated based on the monthly average temperature during the peak month for local purchases. If there is no exact monthly average temperature in the peak production month, it can be used by multiplying the daily average temperature of air conditioning in summer by the seasonal correction coefficient n1.

The calculated tonnage of the cold storage is calculated from the calculated density of the representative food, the nominal volume of the cold room and its volume utilization coefficient.

Ps: Nominal volume is a more scientific description, a method in line with international standards; calculation of tonnage is a common method in China; actual tonnage is a calculation method for specific storage.
The temperature of the goods entering the cold time shall be calculated according to the following provisions:
The temperature of uncooled fresh meat should be calculated at 35°C, and the temperature of fresh meat that has been cooled should be calculated at 4°C;
The temperature of the frozen goods transferred from the external warehouse is calculated at -8℃~-10℃.
For a cold storage without external storage, the temperature of the goods entering the freezing room of the frozen material shall be calculated according to the temperature of the goods when the cooling in the freezing room of the cold storage is terminated, or after being coated with ice or after packaging.
The temperature of the chilled fish and shrimp after finishing is calculated as 15℃.
The temperature of fresh fish and shrimp entering the cold processing room after finishing is calculated according to the water temperature of the water used for finishing fish and shrimp.
The purchase temperature of fresh eggs, fruits and vegetables is calculated according to the monthly average temperature of the local food entering the cold room during the peak production month.
