Selection of large, medium and small cold storage
1. Cooling room:
It is used to cool or pre-cool normal temperature food that is refrigerated or needs to be pre-cooled before freezing (referring to the use of secondary freezing process). The processing cycle is generally 12 to 24 hours, and the temperature of the product after pre-cooling is generally 4°C.
2. Freezing room:
It is used for food that needs to be frozen, and quickly drops from normal temperature or cooling state to -15°C or 18°C. The processing cycle is generally 24 hours.
3. Refrigerated room for cooled goods:
It is also called high-temperature fresh-keeping warehouse, mainly used to store fresh eggs, fruits, vegetables and other foods.
4. Refrigerated room for frozen goods:
It is also called low-temperature cold storage, mainly storing frozen processed foods, such as frozen meat, frozen fruits and vegetables, frozen fish, etc.
5. Ice storage:
It is also called ice storage room, used to store artificial ice to solve the contradiction between the peak season of ice demand and insufficient ice making capacity.
